Booking Reservations, Private Dining, and Special Events

For reservations of 15 or more or if your reservation requires some of our special event services, please submit an inquiry using the form below. Our team will respond with our availability and detailed information pertaining to your event.
Our team notes each confirmed reservation as one of the following: Main Dining, Semi-Private, or Private.
Booking a Main Dining Reservation
A main dining reservation does not refer to the location of the table, it refers to the type of reservation. Main dining reservations are seated at their reservation time and when all guests are present. Please keep in mind- Main dining reservations will not account for any set up time, they are scheduled for when your guests are arriving. Please see our policies for late arriving reservations and main dining decor guidelines.
Booking a Private or Semi-Private Reservation
A private or semi-private reservation is a reservation that requires privacy, decorations, or more space than the guest count. These areas of our restaurant require minimum food and beverage spends to reserve. Our minimums are based on the full capacity of the space; not the number of guests in your party.
Semi-Private-Our semi-private space is a Nook that is tucked away in the right wing of our restaurant. It sits over the water and is surrounded by windows. The base rate minimum spend required for this space starts at $2,000 before tax and gratuity. For specific details on decor limitations, please see our policies. For more elaborate and themed personalized parties, we suggest booking our private upstairs event space.
Private Upstairs- Our private upstairs space overlooks the main dining room and is perfect for all-out personalized celebrations or sophisticated, intimate private dinners. Make this space yours for a minimum spend of $2,500 before tax and gratuity. Aside from using tacks or tape on painted surfaces, we have no decor limitations. We welcome and encourage you to make this space your own.

Some party sizes may be required to use one of our preselected menu options. We offer many customizable menu options and dining packages to ensure your event runs smoothly. All reservations using a dining package will receive complementary personalized menus which include the title of your celebration and any special menu header you would like on the menu. We have buffet options available for parties of 25 or more.
Decor Restrictions/Outside Food and Beverages
Main Dining Reservations share space with other visiting guests. Outside decor that interferes with the ambiance of Mojave is not allowed. Small tabletop arrangements and up to two balloons are welcome. Confetti and glitter is prohibited in all areas of the restaurant.
Semi-Private Reservations allow tabletop arrangements and balloons. Larger decor items are allowed upon approval. Confetti and glitter is prohibited in all areas of the restaurant.
Private Reservations have no decor limitations aside from the usage of tacks or tape on painted surfaces. Confetti and glitter is prohibited in all areas of the restaurant.
Outside Cakes/Cupcakes are welcome, we do not charge a cake cutting fee
Outside Wine is welcome with a $25 corking fee
Late Arrivals/Forfeited Reservations
To provide the highest level of guest experience and ensure the efficiency of our services, Mojave strongly enforces a 15-minute grace period for all guests in the reservation to arrive.
If the reservation has exceeded the 15 minute grace period, the reservation time will be forfeited- forfeited reservations will be added to our current wait list. Please Note: forfeited reservations will not be charged a no show/cancellation fee for dining guests.
Mojave reserves the right to process a fee of $10 per person to the card on file for a no-show/ cancellation within 24 hours of the reservation time-i.e., if the reservation is made for 18 people and only 8 arrive, the card on file is subject to 10 no show fees.
For events with 40 or more guests, Mojave reserves the right to process a fee of $250 to the card on file for cancellations within 1 week of the event.
For parties that require a full restaurant, half restaurant, or patio buyout- Mojave reserves the right to process a 15% cancellation fee to the card on file if we are not notified 30 days prior to the event.
Final payment must be made at the conclusion of the event. The final bill will be presented as 1 check and can be paid by cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. There are no separate checks, however we can process the single check on a maximum of four credit cards. There are NO SEPARATE CHECKS. State and local taxes (7.75%) and a 20% gratuity will be applied to all charges during the event.
Securing your Reservation
All special events will require a credit card on file in order to be secured and confirmed. Our reservations team will be in touch with you about this step once the details of your event have been discussed. Please note-some events will require a deposit to secure.
We understand that plans change throughout the process of planning a special event. We strongly encourage communicating to our team of any changes regarding your reservation as soon as possible.
Should your guest count increase- We are happy to accomodate based on the current availability at the time of change. However, an accomodation is not guaranteed.
Should your guest count decrease- Please communicate this change to our team as soon as possible to avoid fees.
Should your guests arrive after the 15-minute grace period- of your reservation time, your reservation will be forfeited.
Forfeited reservations are forfeiting their reservation time and will be added to the current waitlist. Forfeited reservations will not be charged a fee.
