COVID-19

Beginning Monday April 27th, we will reopen for full service dining.  As we have always used high standards of sanitation and cleanliness, we want to express the additional measure we will be operating under to ensure the saftey and health of our guests and staff.  

Hand washing is required for all staff in our workplace.

Notices that encourage hadwashing have been placed throughout our building.  

All employees are screened for signs of illness, such as fever over 100 degrees Fahrenheit, cough or shortness of breath. 

We require employees who may be exhibiting signs of illness to not report to work and to seek medical attention.

All deliveries are accepted in a secure location, not allowing individuals other than approved staff into our kitchen or BOH facilities.  

Product received is thoroughly sanitized prior to being accepted into our building.

Maintaining 6 feet of physical space between employees at all times.

We prohibit handshaking and other person to person contact.  

Contact surfaces such as menus, door handles, chairs, tables, faucets, and credit card processing devices are sanitized after each contact.

We have implemented staggered shifts for all possible employees to reduce person to person contact.

We have partnered with Enviro-Master Hygiene Services utilizing an electrostatic spraying of a disinfectant containing active ingredients that are EPA-registered to kill Coronaviruses along with SuperSource for cleaning products and sanitizing procedures.
