About

Mojave, named after the Mojave Desert, is derived from a Native American tribe and its meaning is "by the water".  We could not think of a better name to describe our restaurant. Once you arrive you will see what an oasis Mojave truly is. 

We are a family oriented business, a husband and wife team. Miguel Ayoub is an entrepreneur and has a passion for making dreams a reality. His wife Rachel, an interior designer by trade, works to bring the dreams to life. Along with Mojave, we are also the creators of the neighborhood favorite, Rose and Crown Tavern.
